Lead Senior CareGiver

Pam joined the Right at Home team back in 2019 as a Senior CareGiver. Since opening the Sandbach branch, Pam has taken on extra responsibilities, resulting in her taking on the role of Lead Senior CareGiver for Sandbach & Alsager, ensuring the highest standards of care are being provided at all times. As well as this, Pam is also our CareGiver Trainer.

Pam's Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating (CareGiver & Client Schedules)
• Management of CareGiver Introductions
• Arrangement of Shadowing for new CareGivers
