James Levine

James has lived in Sefton with his wife and son for the last 20 years. He moved from the South to study at John Moores University and upon completing his degree settled in Sefton and never looked back! Since graduating, James has built a strong record in business, leading large teams and only ever accepting the highest standards in anything he does. His ethos for running any company is very simple, the client and staff are at the heart of everything we do, we listen, we act and then we offer something more. We want our clients to feel special and important and our staff to feel valued, happy and well trained, ensuring they have all the tools they need to be excellent.

James decided to enter the care industry after having personal experience of caring for a relative. He saw that most Care Givers seemed rushed and not able to give the levels of care they wanted to give. He therefore decided to enter the industry, but with a different approach – no short calls to clients, no unrealistic scheduling and no minimum wage for his staff. He believes this is a winning formula for delivering the very best standards in care.
