Shirley Wright

Shirley is a vastly experienced Registered Manager, having been responsible for managing regulated activity within Domiciliary Care since 2009. Shirley has worked in the industry for nearly 20 years, enjoying roles as a Care Giver, Care Coordinator and eventually gaining promotion to the position of Care Manager with overall responsibility when first appointed as a Registered Manager over 10 years ago.

Shirley truly understands and values every role within Home Care and recognises the crucial part we play in our clients lives.

Shirley consistently demonstrates an appetite to keep improving and her impressive knowledge is second to none. Always a calm, caring, friendly and professional member of our team, anybody that comes into contact with Shirley cannot help but be impressed with every aspect of her character.

Shirley has always been both a leader and team player, supportive and always encouraging others to develop high standards of care and to attain excellence in their roles. Shirley also recognises the importance of good communication and showing respect and dignity at all times and prides herself on maintaining a caring but professional approach with a sensitive and confident manner.
