Everybody can benefit from yoga and mindfulness, chair yoga is the perfect way to move, meditate and reap all the benefits without worrying about being down on the ground.

A completely inclusive class suitable for all bodies, no matter what age or physical ability.

Using the chair we move through yoga movements, flowing body with breath to cultivate a state of mindful calm. The body benefits from the gentle energising movement whilst the mind can calm, centre and become more aware.
