Homecare – It’s About Staying You

If you’re looking for homecare in Stone, we support you or your loved ones to continue living well at home, with care that fits naturally around familiar routines and daily life. From companionship and practical day-to-day support through to live-in care and more complex care needs, support is shaped around what feels right for you, with the flexibility to adapt as circumstances change.

We understand how personal the decision to arrange care can be. That’s why our approach is calm and thoughtful, guided by the same standards we would expect for our own families. Our local Carers take time to understand what matters to you, offering support that feels consistent, respectful, and reassuring.

Care is often felt in the details of everyday life. That might be help to get ready before a walk along the Trent and Mersey Canal, time spent chatting at home after a visit to Stone High Street, or support getting to a regular group or appointment near Westbridge Park or the town centre.

By keeping your priorities at the centre of care, we help you remain safe at home, stay connected to life in Stone, and continue living in a way that feels right for you.

Care for a Life You Love

Living well at home often comes from feeling connected to the everyday places that shape village life. In Stone, our Carers provide steady, thoughtful support that helps people feel comfortable and confident in their own homes and out in the community.

That might mean time spent walking along the Grand Union Canal, enjoying the open space at Stone Recreation Ground, visiting the village centre, or taking in the surrounding countryside just beyond the village. We also support people to stay involved in local groups and familiar activities, so life continues in ways that feel natural and reassuring.

Our role is to make those moments possible, while ensuring care remains safe, reliable and responsive as needs change.

Because for us, care isn’t just about support at home. It’s about helping people continue living life in a way that feels right for them.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you provide care after surgery?

Yes. We support people following discharge from local hospitals such as Stoke Mandeville, Wycombe Hospital, and BMI The Chiltern Hospital. Our Carers help Clients recover safely and confidently in the comfort of their own home.

Who is homecare for?

Homecare is suitable for anyone who needs support to remain safe and independent at home — including older adults, people with disabilities, or those recovering from illness or surgery.

How much does homecare cost?

Costs vary depending on your individual needs and care plan. We’ll always make sure your support is value for money, and we adjust your plan as your needs change.

You may also be eligible for support through your local authority, Buckinghamshire County Council.

Because our plans are all created with you in mind, please get in touch to discuss your care needs — we can provide guidance on the cost of care.

When is the right time to organise care?

If daily tasks are becoming harder, it’s a good time to start the conversation. Early support can often lead to better outcomes and less stress for everyone involved.

Can I arrange care for myself?

Of course. Many of our Clients reach out directly to take charge of their care. We’ll work with you to design a plan that helps you stay independent and live life on your terms.
