• A walk down to the village shop: The Co-op and Post Office are the sort of everyday errand that quietly stops happening when confidence goes. Walking down together — or driving it on a wetter day — keeps a bit of independence intact and usually means bumping into somebody worth talking to.
• Sunday service at St John the Baptist: For Clients for whom church is a fixed point in the week, missing it is often what makes life start to shrink. We build visits around services rather than the other way round.
• Coffee mornings and groups at the Village Hall: The commitments that hold a week together. Whatever's running — lunch clubs, WI, a regular social — we'd rather help someone keep going than watch the invitation quietly stop coming.
• Afternoon tea in the grounds at Hartwell House: Ninety-odd acres of parkland on the doorstep, and a proper occasion when family are visiting. One of the nicer options when someone wants an outing that still feels like an event.
• A trip into Aylesbury Market day, the shops, an appointment, or a wander round Kingsbury and the Market Square. The bus runs regularly from the Village Hall, and for Clients who'd rather not manage it alone, having someone alongside makes the whole thing feel possible again.
• A change of scene at Waddesdon Manor or along the Aylesbury Arm: When someone fancies getting properly out. Level paths, a café at the end of it, and the sort of view that makes an afternoon feel like a day out.
• Grandchildren, Sunday dinners and family birthdays: Not a place, but the thing Clients raise most. Whether it's help getting ready, a lift, or support so that a family visit can be about the visit rather than the caring, we work around it.

Yes. We support people following discharge from local hospitals such as Stoke Mandeville, Wycombe Hospital, and BMI The Chiltern Hospital. Our Carers help Clients recover safely and confidently in the comfort of their own home.

Costs vary depending on your individual needs and care plan. We’ll always make sure your support is value for money, and we adjust your plan as your needs change.
