Giles Ellerton - Managing Director
For the last six years I have overseen care in my own family and witnessed at first hand what good care looks like, and how it can transform the lives of vulnerable people living at home, as well as that of their families and loved ones. It was a strong motivator for me to decide to start a business in the care sector, and in partnership with Right at Home, where personal values are so important to ensure that we provide an outstanding service to all.
I want to make a real difference to the communities in which we live and serve. From early in my career in the armed forces, to a corporate world working for large global companies, I had a strong sense of service. it is a noble calling to be able to serve someone or greater cause than oneself, and as the leader of a team of gifted carers, my aim will be to select, train and equip them to be the best possible carer they can be so that they in turn can deliver outstanding care for our clients in the community. I want to develop and grow a team of carers that are proud to work for Right at Home and proud to care in our community, in the knowledge that the work they do is invaluable to clients, their families and the wider community.
Supporting people at home with outstanding care is the most satisfying work. The reward is heartfelt in the thanks that we get back from the people that we support in our community. Outstanding care delivered with compassion and kindness, always thinking not of oneself but of the person we are caring for, is the care that I want to provide through our brilliant team of carers. They each have a gift to share, which is always considerate, respectful, and enabling our clients to continue to exercise independent choice, and with dignity preserved at all times.
We will strive to provide the best care, making a difference every day. We will always aim to keep clients, safe, secure and supported in their own homes at all times, ensuring that they and their loved ones are informed of any changes, and we respond to requests swiftly.
