Jade – Senior Carer

Jade started with Right at Home as a carer and quickly showed her natural aptitude for compassionate and professional support of all clients, whatever their level of need.

She consistently demonstrates a positive, can-do approach and nothing is too much trouble. She is very popular with our clients and is always going above and beyond in everything she does!

Following promotion to Senior Carer, Jade now has responsibilities that include supporting and nurturing new carers and doing spot-checks and supervisions to check that all of the team are delivering the same consistently high quality of care. She also provides excellent administrative support to Registered Manager Kelly in the office.

Outside work, Jade is a loving mum to two beautiful and very active under-fives! So life is hectic, but very enjoyable. Jade loves the sunshine, so takes every opportunity to get outdoors with family, friends and her dog.
