Hi, I’m Jade, and I’m proud to be part of the management team here at Right at Home Cheshire East as Deputy Care Manager. I joined the organisation in June 2025, but I’ve been in this type of role for over a decade, and I still wake up each day knowing I’ve chosen the right career.

For me, working in care is about more than just delivering a service; it’s about creating trust, offering comfort, and empowering people to live with dignity in their own homes. One of the things I enjoy most about my role is meeting new people. Every person we support is unique, and getting to know them, building relationships, and helping them feel safe and supported is what makes this job so rewarding.

Timekeeping is one of my biggest strengths, and in a fast-paced care environment, it’s absolutely essential. Whether we’re coordinating visits, managing emergency support, or responding quickly to changing needs, staying organised and reliable helps ensure our Clients get the exceptional service they deserve.

Living in Cheadle, I’m passionate about providing Clinical Care in Stockport and the surrounding areas. I’ve seen firsthand how high-quality, personalised care can transform lives. From hands-on support with medication and mobility to more complex clinical needs, we approach every situation with compassion, skill, and attention to detail.

My job also allows me to work closely with our brilliant CareGivers. I help guide and support them to deliver care that meets the highest standards, and I’m proud to be part of a team that genuinely goes above and beyond. When we say we treat our Clients like family, we mean it.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my own family. Whether we’re relaxing together at home or heading off on a holiday, those moments mean everything to me. I’m also a big fan of dancing, it’s fun, freeing, and always lifts my mood! At home, I share life with my two cats, Lucky and Missy, who are full of personality and keep me on my toes.

If I ever found myself on a desert island, I’d definitely bring my phone, hopefully with signal! Staying connected is so important to me, both personally and professionally.
