Celebrating Excellence – Caroline Evans at Right at Home Chippenham won the Registered Manager of the Year Award 2024

The Right at Home yearly franchisee conference was successfully held last week. It was a time for sharing best practices, planning the expansion of our care services, and exploring new initiatives like clinical care programs and adopting technology such as AI. The highlight was undoubtedly the awards ceremony, where we celebrated excellence across 12 different categories, from the best marketing initiatives and community engagement efforts to various people-focused awards. One of the most prestigious recognitions of the evening is the Registered Manager of the Year award.

This award process is rigorous, starting with an initial screening of all applications, followed by selecting four finalists. These finalists are then evaluated by a panel of esteemed judges, including the HSBC Director of Franchising and the CEO of the British Franchise Association. The award honours a manager who not only exemplifies our company values but also continuously strives to grow and improve services, helping more people, creating jobs, and delivering high-quality care.
