As a Care Coordinator, you’ll be the heartbeat of our service – ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional care delivery. This is a fast-paced, rewarding role where your organisational skills and people-first approach will truly make a difference. We cover Dundee City, South Angus and North Fife. Local area knowledge is therefore highly desirable but not essential.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain accurate care schedules for Clients and Care Assistants
  • Act as the main point of contact for Client and Care Assistant queries
  • Ensure compliance with Care Inspectorate standards and support our goal of achieving a Very Good rating
  • Match Care Assistants to Clients thoughtfully and efficiently
  • Monitor availability, holidays, sickness, and rota gaps
  • Support recruitment planning and report on staffing needs
  • Handle enquiries professionally and contribute to business growth

Qualifications and Experience

  • Previous experience in domiciliary care – essential
  • Familiarity with electronic scheduling/care management systems – essential
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with technology
  • Flexible and willing to participate in on-call duties when required
  • SVQ3 in Social Care or equivalent – desirable
  • Local area knowledge (Dundee, South Angus, North Fife) – highly desirable
