Kate supports the expansion and development of the Right at Home UK franchise network, working with franchisees as they join the brand, expand their operations, and eventually implement their long-term plans through renewal or resale.

Having joined Right at Home soon after it first opened in 2011, she has seen the business grow from a start-up into an award-winning network of 75+ franchises; holders of the 2021 Best Management Franchise Award and bfa HSBC Gold Franchisor of the Year and one of the most recognised brands in franchising, with 10 years’ Five Star Franchisee Satisfaction to its name.

Kate has overseen Right at Home’s franchise recruitment for the last seven years, guiding candidates through a rigorous two-way evaluation process, and her early experience as a senior CareGiver means she is brilliantly placed to discuss the realities of operating in this sector with them.

Under her processes, Right at Home franchisees are not ‘sold’ franchises; they have to show they have the skills and drive to succeed and reflect the high standards associated with the Right at Home brand, and that they share Right at Home’s principles about quality care.

Also responsible for delivering Right at Home’s major annual conferences and exhibitions, Kate enjoys developing the business within the wider franchise community, and driving new cost saving initiatives for the network.
