Cheryl Johnson

Cheryl joined the team in 2024 and now serves as our Registered Manager, leading and supporting our dedicated team of Care Professionals. Her priority is to ensure every member of the team has the guidance, training, and resources needed to deliver compassionate, high-quality care that upholds dignity and respect for every client.

Cheryl’s journey in health and social care began at the age of 18, when she discovered her passion for making a difference as a Carer. Since then, she has progressed through a range of roles including Senior Carer, Deputy Manager, and Trainer, where she supported Care Professionals in achieving their Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications. Each step of her career has strengthened her commitment to person-centred care and to empowering others within the profession.

In 2025, Cheryl was recognised nationally when she became a finalist at the National Care Awards in the Deputy Manager of the Year category, highlighting her dedication and impact within the care sector.

Her promotion to Registered Manager is a milestone she is particularly proud of, as it allows her to shape care delivery so it remains truly personalised to each client’s needs while also mentoring and developing the wider care team.

Looking ahead, Cheryl is focused on continuing to grow both the team and the client base, ensuring more people in the community are able to live independently in their own homes while receiving outstanding care and support.
