Dan Lee

Dan serves as our Care Coordinator, bringing over 13 years of experience in health and social care. Much of Dan’s career has been dedicated to home care and community-based support, aligning closely with our mission to help people remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Dan began his career as a Care Worker and Support Worker before progressing through a number of senior roles, including Senior Carer, Lead Support Worker, and Field Care Supervisor. Through these positions, he developed strong skills in care coordination, team leadership, mentoring, and maintaining high standards of care.

In recognition of his dedication and contribution to the sector, Dan was awarded the Rising Star Award at the Hertfordshire Care Awards in 2023, highlighting his commitment to delivering outstanding care and supporting others within the profession.

In his role as Care Coordinator, Dan plays a key part in ensuring the effective planning and organisation of care services. He acts as an important point of communication between clients, families, and our care professionals, helping to ensure everyone feels supported throughout their journey with us.

Dan also supports the Care Manager with recruitment, helping to attract and identify high-quality care professionals who share our values. In addition, he works closely with the Managing Director to assist with social media and marketing activities, helping to promote our services and strengthen our presence within the local community.
