Dan Lee

I am Dan, the Care Coordinator at Right at Home Hemel Hempstead. I have worked in health and social care for over 13 years, with the majority of my experience in home care and community support.

I am passionate about helping people remain in their own homes, surrounded by their chosen communities, while receiving the support they need to live safely and independently.

I started my journey as a care worker and support worker, before progressing into leadership positions where I developed valuable skills in coordination, mentoring, and maintaining high standards of care.

As the Care Coordinator, I am committed to delivering excellent planning and organisation, serving as a key point of communication, and ensuring that both our clients and care professionals feel supported at every stage.
