At Right at Home Hemel Hempstead, Nikki serves as our Deputy Care Manager. After many years working in the corporate financial sector, Nikki chose to pursue a more meaningful career in healthcare, inspired by her experiences during the COVID-19 pandemic and while caring for her mother-in-law until her passing in 2023.

Nikki began her journey in care by volunteering with St John Ambulance, where she trained as a first aider and supported both community and national events, including the London Marathon. She later joined Right at Home as a Carer, where she quickly found fulfilment in supporting clients and their families.

Demonstrating a strong commitment to delivering outstanding care, Nikki progressed into the role of Care Coordinator, where she played a key part in care planning and communication to ensure consistent, high-quality support while upholding our people-centred values.

Now, as Deputy Care Manager, Nikki helps lead and guide our dedicated care team, ensuring they have the resources, support, and encouragement they need to deliver compassionate, personalised care that respects each client’s dignity, independence, and wellbeing.
