Care Assistant
This position is designed for care assistants who are able to travel between clients.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Care Assistant, you will support client’s in their own home providing high-quality, person-centred care, including:
- Companionship: Offering social interaction and emotional support to promote well-being and reduce loneliness.
- Meal Preparation: Preparing nutritious meals in line with dietary needs and preferences
- Medication Support: Assisting with medication reminders and administration in accordance with care plans.
- Light Housekeeping: Supporting with household tasks such as tidying, laundry, and maintaining a safe living environment.
- Transportation: Accompanying clients to appointments, shopping trips, or social activities where required
- Building Relationships: Developing strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families
Pay & Benefits:
- £15.00 per hour
- Enhanced Bank Holiday Rates (1.5x to 2.0x)
- Paid Mileage: 40p per mile
