As we approach the festive season, we want to ensure all our clients, families, and Care Assistants have clear information about our Christmas and New Year office hours, as well as how to reach us should you need urgent support.

At Right at Home Hemel Hempstead, our priority is making sure you feel safe, supported, and reassured throughout the holidays. While our office will operate reduced hours over Christmas, our care services will continue as normal - and a member of our leadership team will remain on-call for emergencies.

Emergency Support Over Christmas

We understand that care needs don’t stop for the holidays. If you need urgent assistance while the office is closed, a member of our leadership team will be on-call and available to help.

Continuing Care Throughout the Festive Period

All scheduled care visits will continue as planned over the Christmas and New Year period. Our dedicated Care Assistants will be working hard to ensure clients receive the same exceptional standard of care, companionship, and support — especially during what can be an emotional time of year.
