The awards evening was a glittering celebration of the very best in the care sector, hosted by much-loved television presenter and comedian Sue Perkins. Representing Right at Home Hemel Hempstead on the night were Hesam, Cheryl, Nikki and Dan, who joined care professionals, leaders, and innovators from across the country to honour those making a real difference in people’s lives.
