Tanya Oxlade

I joined Right at Home in 2020 as Care Coordinator after being out of the care industry for 10 years. After exploring different roles in different industries, I came across Right at Home and was drawn to their values and ethos. Following the initial conversations and interview I knew they were the type of care company I would be proud to work for.

I changed roles within the company in 2021 and began working as Recruitment and Marketing Coordinator. I really enjoy being able to find the special individuals that can provide high quality person centred care that Right at Home strive for.

I returned to the role of Care Coordinator in 2024 and I really enjoy being able to support our staff, but also to carefully match them to our lovely clients to give them the best experience and highest quality of care.

In my spare time you will usually find me at the side of a football pitch watching my son play football or our club Reading FC. I enjoy reading and spending time with my family.
