I am a caring, dedicated, and reliable individual with a strong commitment to supporting others to live 
fulfilling and meaningful lives. Family is very important to me, and I value strong, respectful relationships 
built on trust, kindness, and understanding. My dog, Tyson, is also a big part of my life and has helped 
shape my patience, responsibility, and compassion.
What matters most to me in my work is ensuring that people feel listened to, valued, and respected as 
individuals. I believe everyone deserves to feel enabled, empowered, and treated as an equal, regardless 
of their abilities or circumstances. I am passionate about supporting people in a way that promotes 
independence, dignity, and choice, while always maintaining a safe and supportive environment.
