Registered Manager gains prestigious award

Our Registered Manager, Claire Moseley was recognised for her excellent work at Right at Home Loughborough, by winning the Care Leader of the Year Award at the recent Inspired to Care Awards 2024. (Pictured right, Claire Mosely centre, with Danielle Bradshaw, right, and Mandy Nash, left.)

Claire has worked in the care sector for 19 years, and joined Right at Home in April 2022, becoming Registered Manager in 2023.

Claire has a 2:1 in Psychology and Health Studies and continues learn with additional courses and learning programmes. Claire also arranges and encourages our CareGivers to attend outside training sessions as well as ensuring that all required courses are taken and regularly renewed.

Claire has had a positive effect on the Right at Home CareGivers and has been instrumental in building the positivity and confidence in the team. This was evidenced in the WorkBuzz CareGiver Survey which investigates staff satisfaction with all aspects of their employment and connection with Right at Home Loughborough.

Claire works very closely with members of the Right at Home National Office team, particularly with the Compliance Manager, Tyler Haldane, and the recent internal audit reflected her commitment to this.

Claire was thrilled to have won this award which was presented at the Awards Dinner held at Winstanley House in Leicester.
