Since Mar 21 our office is now situated on the ground floor. The central location of the office in Redhill and easy accessibility means we enjoy the visits of our care team, clients, and their families. We hope that these images will provide a glimpse into our office and its welcoming atmosphere. We hope to organise more social events with our clients in our new office.

We decided to relocate to allow for an expanding team, ongoing training needs, and to accommodate the management team under one roof. The refurbished office offers double the capacity and provides a larger meeting room which is utilised for staff training and events.

The last few years have been a challenging one but with great resilience, we have managed to continue the home care services in a covid secure and safe way. Staff was tested twice weekly and the ongoing use of full PPE has continued to provide reassurance to the clients and their loved ones, the vaccine rollout has helped to continue providing the daily duties of care to their elderly, comprising; dressing, bathing, cooking, shopping, companionship and providing personal care, to name a few.

Engaging with the elderly community has always been an important part of our care and companionship service, hence knowing we can now engage with the local community gives us the exciting opportunity to offer fall prevention education sessions and hold events to mitigate loneliness.
