This system comes with tools which allow us to monitor a client’s health, reducing chances of unnecessary hospitial visits and it can also be used to spot changes in your loved ones more easily, giving peace of mind to family and loved ones.

What comes in the box?

This all-in-one monitoring system comes with a range of tools which allow our careers to take health readings from the client with ease. The system allows carrers to potentially Identify any early health issues which may become more serious in the future.

The box includes:

  • A digital tablet for providing secure, up-to-date health data
  • A blood pressure monitor
  • A Pules oximeter (This measures the oxygen levels and heart rate)
  • A Thermometer

The tablet will take readings from this equipment and from this provide a National Early Warning Score (NEWS2) which is used across the NHS. This can allow carers to communicate the findings with doctors and GPs, making it much quicker to get to collaborate.

How can the box help?

Our carers will be able to take medical observations of the clients health such as blood pressure, oxygen levels, heart rate, temperature and respiratory rate all during routine checks. These readings are then securely uploaded to the clients file which can be monitored by health professionals such as there GP.

If something seems concerning the carrer can use the information to report it to the GP by calling 111 or arranging for a nurse to make a visit.

This practice can help with:

  • Detecting potential health issues early
  • Prevent any unnecessary hospital admissions
  • Provide the NHS with vital information which may be needed
  • Reassure loved ones and families that their health is been monitored regularly
