Bethan Clarey

Bethan Clarey is an Admin Assistant at Right at Home Bridgend & Vale of Glamorgan, supporting the office team with the day-to-day running of the service and helping to ensure both clients and CareGivers receive the highest level of support.

Bethan has been part of the Right at Home family for over two years, originally joining the company as a Care Assistant before recently progressing into her new administration role. After returning from maternity leave, she has been excited to begin this new chapter and reconnect with both the team and clients.

Before joining Right at Home, Bethan was a stay-at-home mum. When her son started school, she wanted to find a role that was both busy and rewarding, and taking the leap into care proved to be the perfect fit. Bethan enjoys making people smile and helping others, even in the smallest ways, finding the role incredibly rewarding despite its challenges at times.

Her frontline care experience gives her valuable insight into supporting both the office team and CareGivers, helping to ensure clients continue to receive compassionate, person-centred care.

Outside of work, Bethan enjoys spending time with her partner Tom and their two children, Noah and Ava. Whenever she gets a quiet moment amongst family life, she enjoys reading, playing the piano, and drawing.

Why did you get into care?

“When my son started school, I wanted a role that would keep me busy but also feel meaningful and rewarding. Joining Right at Home was the perfect fit for me.

I love being able to make people smile and help others, even with the little things. Although care can be challenging at times, it is such a rewarding job and I’m proud to be part of a team that makes a difference every day.”
