Bola Obilana

Hi My name is Monsurat, but everyone calls me Bola.

 I hold an MSc in Management from the University of South Wales, Pontypridd. My journey as a carer began as a part-time student employee in July 2024 at the Cardiff office, before transferring to the Bridgend office in November 2024. After graduating, I transitioned to a full-time role in January. I’m delighted to have progressed  to a Community Lead with Right at Home.  I’m proud to work for a company that truly values both its clients and staff, and I look forward to contributing to the continued growth and success of the team and the organization.
