Courtney Parry is the Recruitment & Community Development Supervisor at Right at Home Bridgend & Vale of Glamorgan, playing a key part in the recruitment and business growth.

Courtney joined originally Right at Home in 2021 and returned in 2026, she brings with her over five years of experience in recruitment, along with three years of experience in business development.

She is passionate about building strong relationships within the community and ensuring that Right at Home continues to attract and retain dedicated individuals who share the company’s values.

Courtney’s dedication and impact within the sector have been recognised at a national level. She was awarded the Three R’s Award at the National Great British Care Awards 2023. The team has also been recognised as finalists at the Social Care Wales Accolades 2026, in the category “Innovative ways of recruiting and retaining the workforce.”

Why did you get into care?

“I enjoy working in a role where I can make a difference by supporting both people and teams. Being part of recruitment and community development allows me to help bring great people into the organisation, which ultimately impacts the quality of care we provide.
