Madalina Dragomir is a Trainee Care Coordinator at Right at Home Bridgend & Vale of Glamorgan, supporting both clients and the wider team to help ensure care runs smoothly and efficiently each day.

Madalina brings a positive attitude, strong organisation skills, and a willingness to learn and grow within her role. She is passionate about supporting others and enjoys being part of a team that makes a real difference to people’s lives.

She takes pride in helping both clients and colleagues, understanding the importance of providing reliable support behind the scenes to maintain high-quality care within the community.

Outside of work, Madalina enjoys activities that keep her mind busy and challenged. She loves anything that makes her think — and tests her patience — and especially enjoys reading psychological thrillers that keep her guessing until the very end.

Why did you get into care?

“For me, working in care is about being part of something meaningful. Even in a coordination role, I know that the work I do helps support both the team and our clients every single day.

I enjoy being able to help people, solve problems, and make a positive difference, no matter how small.”
