Megan Norman

Megan Norman is a Field Care Supervisor at Right at Home Bridgend & Vale of Glamorgan, supporting both clients and CareGivers within the community to ensure the highest standards of care are delivered every day.

Megan brings a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience to her role, having worked her way up within the care sector through dedication, compassion, and a genuine passion for helping others. She plays an important role in supporting clients, mentoring CareGivers, and helping the team provide safe, person-centred care.

Her professional development journey reflects her commitment to the sector. Megan completed her Access to HE in Health Professions before going on to study two years of Mental Health Nursing. She later achieved her NVQ Level 5 in Adult Health & Social Care and became a qualified NVQ Assessor, further strengthening her ability to support and develop others within care.

Megan is passionate about making a positive impact and takes pride in knowing she can brighten her clients’ days through the care and support she provides.

Why did you get into care?

“I got into care by working with my mother and completely falling in love with the sector. I enjoy working with my clients and being part of the reason they smile each day.

I’ve worked my way up through the sector and have always been passionate about learning, developing, and helping others. For me, care is incredibly rewarding because every day you have the opportunity to make a real difference in someone’s life.”
