Care Co-Ordinator

We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Care Co-Ordinator to support the day-to-day management of care delivery and play a vital role in ensuring service excellence across our growing team.
Reporting directly to the Registered Manager, you’ll be responsible for coordinating care rotas, supporting Carers, and ensuring that client needs are met with compassion and professionalism. This is a fast-paced, rewarding role that requires attention to detail, flexibility, and a strong commitment to high standards of care.
