Alex Gardner Foster began working in care at the age of 18, inspired by visiting her great-great nan in her care home. Seeing the positive impact that care had on residents sparked her passion for supporting others, and she finds helping people make their lives a little brighter to be the most rewarding experience.

Alex is dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care and takes pride in being part of a team that makes a real difference to clients’ lives.

Outside of work, she enjoys reading, whether it’s a gripping novel or a lighthearted romcom, knitting with her nan, and spending quality time with her wife. She also loves being adventurous, exploring new places, and embracing life as herself.
