Amelie takes care of scheduling for both our clients and carers, making sure everything runs smoothly. She's the go-to person for any changes to clients' or carers' information, always keeping things up to date. Amelie is incredibly supportive, always offering a helping hand to our carers whenever they need it. She’s also fantastic with our clients, building strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met. Additionally, Amelie creates templates for client care calls and is the point of contact for any scheduling changes, ensuring everything stays organised and on track.
