Collette Chapman
Field Care Supervisor & Live-in Care Manager

Collette Chapman joined Right at Home Worthing & Shoreham District in 2024 and is our Live-in Care Manager and Field Care Supervisor. With over 18 years of experience in the care sector, Collette is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care while supporting and developing our team of Carers.

Collette began her career in community care at the age of 18 before progressing into senior management roles within residential care, where she completed her Health & Social Care qualifications and specialist training in Dementia and End of Life Care. She was also recognised as a runner-up in the South East Regional End of Life Care Awards for her compassionate support of a client and their family.

Outside of work, Collette is a proud mum of seven and enjoys spending time with her family, swimming, baking celebration cakes, and making memories with her children. She also loves spending time with Blue, her much-loved dog, who she says is the best behaved member of the family!
