Kelly Herriott 
Senior Carer 

Kelly Herriott joined Right at Home in March 2024. Although care was a new field for her, she quickly knew she had found the perfect role. She became a Senior Carer in November 2024 and finds great fulfilment in supporting both clients and fellow carers.

Kelly’s previous work experience was mainly office-based, including 13 years at Legal & General, before taking a break to care for her daughter, Evie, following her cancer diagnosis in September 2020. During this challenging time, the community nurses who cared for Evie also provided Kelly with emotional support and guidance. This experience inspired her to give back by providing care and support to other people and families.

Outside of work, Kelly is married with two children and a Cockapoo named Hugo. She enjoys spending quality time with her family, going on dog walks, and reading psychological thrillers whenever she can. Kelly loves her role at Right at Home and takes pride in being part of a team that delivers compassionate, high-quality care every day.
