Kelly Herriott 
Senior Carer 

Kelly joined Right at Home Worthing & Shoreham District in 2024 following a career change inspired by her own family's experience. After her young daughter received a cancer diagnosis, the compassion and support shown by community nurses motivated Kelly to pursue a career in care and support others in the same way.

Kelly finds her role incredibly rewarding, whether she's helping with practical tasks, providing companionship, or simply brightening someone's day. As a Senior Carer, she enjoys supporting new carers as they build their confidence and develop their skills, helping them provide the high standard of care that Right at Home is known for.

Outside of work, Kelly enjoys spending time with her family and values making the most of every moment together.
