Leah Rowe
Field Care Supervisor 

Leah Rowe joined Right at Home in 2022 as a Care Assistant and was soon promoted to Senior Carer. After a period of maternity leave, she returned as a Field Care Supervisor. In this role, Leah supports our Senior Carers and their teams, helping to ensure that the high standards of care for which Right at Home is known are consistently met.

Her journey into care began through her previous work in Childcare and Education, as well as personal experience supporting a close family member with Dementia. This inspired her to provide compassionate, high-quality care to others. Leah completed her training through Right at Home, gaining skills and confidence that she continues to develop in her role.

When she’s not working, Leah enjoys spending time with her three children, going on family days out, playing the flute, and exploring her artistic side through drawing. She loves her job and the variety it brings, and feels proud to be part of a fantastic team that supports one another while delivering the best possible care tailored to each client’s individual needs.
