Louisa Connor

I joined Right at home in 2019 as a care assistant. I already had the experience as care work was something I had always done since leaving school and had fitted in with my lifestyle as a busy mum of five wonderful children.

I took a short break at the beginning of 2021 to work in a care home for people with dementia, this is something I felt would be wonderful experience. Once I came back, I was quickly promoted to a senior. This was a significant role, but I knew I was ready for more.

I have recently been promoted to Deputy Manager. I am also staff and medication lead. I deal with all aspects of medication for our clients, and I provide advice and support to staff when needed. I also maintain CQC compliance.
