Senior Carer 

Sophia Ashton (Fi) has worked in care for around ten years and brings a wealth of experience and compassion to her role. Prior to joining the care sector, she spent many years as a horse riding instructor and also worked in catering and mental health, giving her a broad range of skills and experience in supporting others.

Sophia is dedicated to helping clients maintain their independence and wellbeing, and she takes pride in being part of a team that delivers high quality, compassionate care.

Outside of work, Sophia enjoys hiking, running, and sea swimming—even in the winter! She has a cocker spaniel named Luna who loves to join her on her outdoor adventures. Sophia also enjoys creative writing and crafting in her spare time, reflecting her creative and energetic personality.
