What we offer our Evening Care Assistants:

·         Excellent pay: £15.00–£17.00 per hour plus 35p mileage

·         Paid, high-quality training including induction, moving and handling, basic life support, medication training, dementia training and catheter training

What we’re looking for:

·         Availability for evening shifts, typically 4pm - 10pm or 6pm - 10pm

·         Availability to work alternate weekends (Saturday and Sunday)

·         A full and valid UK or EU/EEA driving licence and access to your own vehicle

·         Business vehicle insurance, or willingness to obtain it

·         A compassionate, dependable approach and strong communication skills

Your role as an Evening Care Assistant will include:

·         Providing companionship and emotional support to clients in their own homes

·         Assisting with personal care, including washing and dressing

·         Supporting with medication administration

·         Helping with light housekeeping, meal preparation and shopping

·         Accompanying clients to appointments and social outings

·         Encouraging independence, wellbeing and a fulfilling daily routine
