Charmyne

Charmyne works across Poole and was drawn to care through the satisfaction she gets from helping people. One of the things she is most proud of in her care career is promoting independence and helping people to live their lives with as much choice and confidence as possible.

Before joining the care sector, Charmyne gained experience in a wide range of roles, including working in the airline and hotel industries, pubs and restaurants, as well as at the British High Commission in Lagos. This diverse experience has helped shape her warm, people-focused approach.

When she’s not at work, Charmyne enjoys watching movies and spending time helping friends and family. She also loves comedy and music shows, and her favourite local view is Poole Harbour.

And how would Charmyne describe herself? In her own words, she’s “the craziest of the lot – one of a kind!”
