Meet Marta, one of our friendly and dedicated Carers

After more than ten years working in hospitality, Marta was ready for a new challenge and decided to explore a career in care. With her natural focus on making people happy and delivering excellent service, she soon discovered that supporting others was a wonderful fit for her skills and personality.

Marta’s proudest moments in care are those when she sees a client happy and knows that she has successfully provided all the support they need. She brings warmth, dedication and a positive approach to her work, helping clients across Poole feel comfortable and well cared for.

Outside of work, Marta enjoys going out for a delicious meal and spending time with her cat, Muffin. She has also enjoyed seeing Peppa Pig and The Tiger Who Came to Tea at Lighthouse Poole.

Marta’s favourite local view is Brownsea Island - a beautiful spot that reminds her how lucky she is to live and work by the sea.
