Meet Natalie, our Registered Manager

Natalie has worked in domiciliary care since 2007, beginning her career as a Carer before progressing to become a locality manager for a major local authority care provider in Poole. She joined Right at Home Bournemouth and Poole when it first opened in 2012, initially working as a Carer and Care Coordinator. Her dedication and experience saw her progress to Deputy Manager in 2021 before becoming Registered Manager in January 2024.

One of Natalie’s proudest moments was being part of the team that achieved an Outstanding CQC rating for Right at Home Bournemouth and Poole in 2019. She is also incredibly proud to have organised Right at Home’s first CareGiver Conference in March 2025, bringing together eight offices from across the south for a day of inspiring speakers, learning and networking. As Registered Manager, Natalie works across Bournemouth and Poole. Although her role involves leading and supporting the wider team, she still values opportunities to deliver hands-on care and spend time with clients. She loves the variety of homecare and finds it incredibly rewarding that no two days are ever the same.

Natalie has completed a wide range of professional training, including a Level 2 NVQ in Health and Social Care, a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care and a Level 5 qualification in Leadership for Adult Care. Before building her career in homecare, she also worked in pubs and retail while studying and learning to drive.

Outside of work, Natalie enjoys making the most of Bournemouth and the surrounding area. She loves long walks with her dog along the local dog-friendly beaches, rivers and through the New Forest. Her favourite place by the sea is Branksome Beach, where she enjoys spending summer evenings both in and out of the water.

Natalie is also a keen traveller. In her early twenties, she spent five months exploring Asia and Australia, and she enjoys visiting her brother and his family in New Zealand whenever she can. She is particularly fond of the Atlantic islands and has recently travelled to Cape Verde and the Canaries.

Closer to home, Natalie enjoys live music and comedy at the O2 Academy Boscombe and the Bournemouth International Centre (BIC). Some of her favourite acts have included Rag’n’Bone Man, Snow Patrol, Years & Years, McBusted, Ricky Gervais and Jimmy Carr.
