Meet Natalie, one of our friendly and compassionate Carers

Natalie was drawn to care by her love of working with people and the sense of fulfilment she gets from helping others. For Natalie, making someone feel good about themselves is one of the greatest rewards of her role.

Her proudest moments come from helping clients feel safe and comfortable in their own homes. She particularly enjoys supporting people to overcome challenges and enabling them to get out and enjoy activities they might otherwise miss.

Natalie supports clients across both Bournemouth and Poole and has also worked in Christchurch in the past. Before beginning her career in care, she worked in hairdressing, where her friendly nature and ability to connect with people were equally important.

Outside of work, Natalie enjoys walks along the beach, cooking, relaxing with a good television series and treating herself to a spa day. She has also seen Chase & Status perform at the BIC, and her favourite local view is Poole Harbour.
