Meet Raluca, one of our friendly and compassionate Carers

Raluca was drawn to care by her genuine desire to support others and make a positive difference in their lives. She holds a nursing degree, which has given her a strong understanding of people’s individual needs and helps her provide thoughtful, person-centred care.

Raluca’s proudest moments are those when she knows she has made a real difference to someone’s day and leaves them with a smile on their face. She brings kindness, understanding and a positive approach to her work, supporting clients across both Bournemouth and Poole.

Alongside her role at Right at Home, Raluca works part-time as a dental nurse. Her healthcare experience, caring nature and ability to put people at ease are valuable qualities in both roles.

Outside of work, Raluca enjoys going to the gym, walking along the beach, cleaning and occasionally cooking. Her favourite local place is Sandbanks, and although she does not currently have a pet, she hopes to welcome a poodle into her life in the future.
