I joined Right at Home Bromley in 2024 as a CareGiver and was soon promoted to Recruitment Administrator before moving into my current role as Care Coordinator.

I work closely with our clients, their families and our CareGivers to make sure everyone receives reliable, person-centred support that reflects their individual needs and preferences. I’m patient, organised and a natural problem-solver, and I find it incredibly rewarding knowing that our clients are being supported in the best possible way.

For me, great care means ensuring that, by the end of every visit, our clients feel confident, respected and treated with dignity.

Outside of work, I enjoy travelling, trying new things with friends and sharing plenty of light-hearted banter with the office team.
