Devika 

I was born and raised in Sri Lanka, where I completed my higher education, before spending 20 years living and working in Dubai. I have three children and a background in human resources and hospitality.

My interest in care began when I supported my father. As Deputy Care Manager, I now work closely with clients, families and Carers, carrying out consultations and risk assessments while ensuring our clients are safe, happy and receiving high-quality, person-centred care.

To me, great care means treating every client with the same kindness, dignity and compassion you would want for your own parents. I love making someone’s day and feel truly blessed when I can bring happiness to another person.

Outside work, I’m an artist and enjoy sketching, painting and creating Picasso-inspired artwork.
