Our Amazing CareGivers
Its really important that we select the right CareGivers, with the right personality and attitude. This is incredibility important as we support vulnerable people, families also trust us to ensure we recruit only the best people. We carefully recruit our staff, full background checks are carried out, such as reference checking, DBS and of course a thorough interview and training process over a number of days to ensure we only recruit the best staff that meet our high standards.
We like to keep our team motivated and that means having some fun! This keeps our team engaged and enthusiastic. We believe our CareGivers have brought us we where we are, we could not provide a high quality service without our team. We believe by keeping our CareGivers happy we keep our clients happy.
