Before joining Right at Home Bromley, I spent four years working in care and supporting people with learning disabilities. That experience helps me recognise the qualities that make a truly great CareGiver.

My role is to find people who genuinely share our values of Trust, Quality, Respect and Compassion. I also help to keep training and compliance up to date while supporting the wellbeing of our CareGivers. The part I enjoy most is meeting new people, getting to know them and helping them feel part of our team.

To me, great care means being compassionate, respectful and a good listener. Outside work, I love horse riding and competing in dog and horse shows, including show jumping, showing and dressage. Animals always make me smile—as does seeing the people around me happy.
