A Sunny Summer BBQ for Our Team and Clients at Right at Home Bromley

At Right at Home Bromley, we recently had the pleasure of organising a summer BBQ for our Carers and Clients. It was a lovely chance to bring everyone together and celebrate the people who make our community so special.

We were treated to glorious weather. July brought one of the warmest days of the year, with clear blue skies from morning to evening.

We hired a spacious hall and set up gazebos in the garden. It created a welcoming setting for our care team, office staff and management to unwind and enjoy time together. Our team joined in with a mix of friendly games, and it was lovely to see so many people taking part. 

And, of course, no summer gathering is complete without good food! Our menu included jerk chicken and tasty vegetarian options. The feedback from the team was wonderful, with many sharing how much they enjoyed the meal and the thought that went into the day. Seeing everyone relaxed and well looked after made the event feel even more meaningful.

Our Carers give so much to the people they support across Bromley. Their dedication, compassion and professionalism shape the quality of care we are known for. Hosting this BBQ was a small way to say thank you. It gave us a chance to show our appreciation and spend time together outside of the working day.

Looking Ahead

We are already planning our next team event. Supporting the wellbeing of our Carers remains a priority, and we value opportunities to recognise their hard work and bring everyone together.
