Right at Home Bromley Staff Summer Barbeque 2025: A Day of Sunshine, Laughter and Togetherness

At Right at Home Bromley, we were very proud to have organised a BBQ for our Carers and Clients. This July, we took the opportunity to celebrate our amazing team with a much-deserved Carers & Client Summer BBQ— the day was joyful, happy and fun.

A Perfect Summer’s Day in Bromley

The weather could not have been better. July brought one of the hottest days of the year, we had blue skies, and the sun out all day. 

We hired a spacious hall and and put up some gazebos in the garden. 

The atmosphere was vibrant, energetic and joyful. It was wonderful to see our care staff, office team and management relaxing, unwinding, and enjoying time together outside of their busy schedules.

Fun, Games and Team Spirit

The wide green field quickly became the center of excitement. Our team enjoyed a variety of games—from friendly competitions such as running and throwing, all the team got involved in the activities. 

The energy, enthusiasm and smiles were a true reflection of the strong sense of family within Right at Home Bromley.

A Feast to Remember

Of course, no summer BBQ would be complete without great food—and our team was not disappointed. We treated our staff to a generous BBQ that catered to all tastes, jerk chicken and veg options were on the menu! The feedback was fantastic, with many staff members commenting on how delicious the food was and how thoughtful the selection felt.

Seeing everyone happy, relaxed and well-fed made the day even more rewarding.

Celebrating Our Amazing Care Team

Our carers work incredibly hard every single day, delivering high-quality, compassionate support to clients across Bromley and surrounding areas. Hosting this summer BBQ was a small way for us to say thank you for our Carers dedication, kindness and professionalism.

The event gave us the chance to show our appreciation, build stronger relationships within our team, and celebrate everything that makes Right at Home Bromley such a special place to work.
