Aurora Fiore is a Field Care Supervisor at Right at Home Cardiff & Newport, playing a key role in overseeing care delivery and supporting both clients and Carers within the community.

Aurora has spent the past four years building a rewarding career in the care sector. She began as a Community Lead and progressed into her current role as Field Care Supervisor, gaining valuable experience in both hands-on care and team leadership.

She is deeply passionate about supporting others and takes great pride in making a positive difference in people’s lives, particularly those who need it most. Aurora is committed to maintaining high standards of care and ensuring a person-centred approach in everything she does.

Aurora is also continuing her professional development and is currently working towards her NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, further strengthening her knowledge and skills within the sector.

Why did you get into care?

“I’ve always wanted to support others and make a positive difference in people’s lives. Working in care allows me to do that every day, and I find it incredibly rewarding.

I enjoy being part of a team that truly cares about people and works hard to ensure everyone receives the best possible support.”
